TW Solar is heavily engaged in the R&D, production, and marketing of key solar power generation products. Thanks to its highly automated and intelligent production processes, it has grown to become the largest and most advanced manufacturer of monocrystalline silicon solar cells in the global photovoltaic industry. Module codes, product nameplates, and machine codes must be gathered in order for solar modules to pass quality inspection prior to finalization. The next step is to see if the client passes the inspection using their MES system. Before, SN numbers had to be manually compared, which could lead to mistakes and omissions.

The error rate has been lowered to zero and the inspection process's efficiency has increased by more than 50%.

In order to reduce errors in SN number comparison caused by manual operations, the system has introduced the Seuic CRUISE2 mobile computers. These computers allow the system to sequentially scan module codes, product nameplates, and machine codes while integrating with the client's MES system to determine pass/fail status. 

• Multiple Barcodes: The solar panel has several barcodes that are convenient to scan from various perspectives thanks to the mobile computer.
• Performance in Scanning: The mobile computer has good scanning capabilities; it can read QR codes as well as one-dimensional codes with contrasting colors, even when the barcodes are small. 
• Battery Life: The battery satisfies the requirement for a 24-hour runtime and is removable.
