In the Lenovo Smart Innovation Service Industrial Park in Tianjin, "green zero-carbon and intelligent manufacturing" is the main focus of the factory. It combines digital display, R&D, and production to present the greatest degree of zero-carbon intelligent manufacturing within Lenovo Group and the ICT sector as a whole. The park has Lenovo's independently developed high-performance intelligent motherboard and laptop production lines, as well as highly intelligent production workshops with over 110 smart scenarios. At the moment, it can produce one motherboard every ten seconds, totaling one million motherboards produced annually. With an annual output of over 3 million units, the laptop production line produces one laptop every nine seconds, achieving an automation rate of over sixty percent.

There are many wireless terminal connections in the warehouse due to the condensed human traffic and dense building environment. The network experience can be significantly impacted by slow network speeds and disconnections, which can also be caused by the close proximity of shelves and interference from nearby signals. Work efficiency and accuracy are directly impacted by network instability, and the system must be able to quickly deploy to production. The material coding character sets are not uniform due to the diversity of international suppliers; thus, the system must support multiple character sets and business interface layouts. Enhancing work efficiency requires ensuring quick user operations.

• When multiple devices are connected, upload and download speeds increase by two to three times, and power consumption decreases by twenty-five percent. With improved roaming and a packet loss rate as low as 1%, network request response times in complex environments were lowered to as little as 3 ms. 
• The device system satisfies operational requirements and is completely compatible with business systems. Overall, the project was completed on schedule, with good control over its advancement, and the outcomes surpassed the client's expectations.

It was possible to seamlessly switch through improved roaming and achieve network stability by integrating with the on-site wireless environment by using AUTOID 10 mobile computer Wi-Fi 6 Ready technology. In order to support Lenovo system character sets, optimize interface layouts, meet functional requirements of business scenarios, and improve overall user experience, Seuic industrial browser was customized to work with SAP on Lenovo systems. This involved incorporating fourth-generation AI recognition technology.
